Position Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking highly motivated, dependable people to perform inside janitorial work, outside groundskeeping and maintenance for residential properties.
Positions are open until filled.

Duties: |
Caretaker responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Cleaning interior common areas
• Cleaning vacant apartments
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
• Cleaning windows
• Inside/outside debris removal
• Seasonal duties: snow removal, salting, sanding / mowing the lawn, landscaping
Maintenance responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Plumbing (snaking toilets, other light repairs)
• Electrical (changing light bulbs, outlet covers, etc;)
• Changing furnace filters
• Installing blinds
• Changing smoke detector batteries

Qualifications: |
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of cleaning/maintenance experience. Own basic tools. Must be able to obtain a Special Boilers License. Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds. Candidates must also have strong people and problem solving skills, be a team player and possess a prideful work ethic. |
