Duties:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Supervise 4 - 5 Site Program Directors and assure completion of job duties listed in all job descriptions.

Coordinate with Site Program Directors and Professional Site Support to assure that Direct Support Professionals are trained and are implementing services correctly and consistently.

Train Site Program Directors on areas of behavior modification programming, consumer related issues, rules and regulations.

Support Site Program Directors and Professional Site Support in regard to consumer related issues.

Audit homes and consumer records, ensure all homes meet licensing standards.

Act as the primary contact for referrals.

Ensure communication with family, case managers, and day programs is being conducted by all Site Program Directors.

Act as the primary investigator for internal and external investigations.

Ensure site budgets are maintained.

Ensuring compliance with Rule 40 and the Maltreatment of Minors and Vulnerable Adults law.


Qualifications:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

-Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Social Services
-1 to 3 years experience as a supervisor in a group home setting in Minnesota
-Valid MN or WI driver’s license
-Clean driving record
-Insured, reliable vehicle for use at each shift
-Background Clearance as required by BCA and DHS
-Medication Administration Certificate or willingness to obtain
-Current First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
-Current CPR Certification preferred
