Description: |
Saint Therese of New Hope is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist.
Position will work primarily as on-call. |
Duties: |
Provides professional occupational therapy services using recognized and approved techniques and appropriate professional judgment. Provides direction and supervision to Occupational Therapist Assistant, Rehab Aide and to students per MN guidelines. Is responsible for proving quality patient care, for program development and in-service presentation.

Qualifications: |
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of Occupational Therapy Program, minimum of Bachelor’s degree
Experience: A minimum of one year experience as an occupational therapist in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Licensed in the state of MN
Ability to work effectively with clients
Ability to work cooperatively with others
Ability to work independently
Demonstrates good documentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills
Demonstrate knowledge of current insurance guidelines
Demonstrate strong leadership and teaching skills
Demonstrates good organization and time management skills
