The LPO Manager is reponsible for the growth of receivables, quality control of delinquency, charge off, and ultimate profitability of their respective LPO while adhering to corporate policies and procedures. |
Duties: |
Some of the essential responsibilities are as follows:
Job Accountabilities/Duties:
-Obtain and process loan applications and oversee loan closings
-Monitor and complete collection activity
-Ensure completion of LPO soliticitation programs
-Preparation of various monthly, quarterly and annual reports
-Manage all LPO activities (banking, accounts payable, etc.)
-External duties including field calls and dealer calls
-Budgeting responsibility
Supervisory Responsibilities:
-Directly supervises two to five team members
-Administers supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, employee development through training, performance appraisals in accordance with corporate policies and applicable laws.
-Plan, assign and directs team members responsibilities
-Resolves matters of conflict
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in consumer lending industry
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to delegate, motivate, and accomplish predetermined goals
- Maintain state insurance license
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
- Some traveling required
Chosen candidate will be required to successfully complete drug, background and credit screenings.
Education/Experience-BS/BA in a related field with 3-5 years experience in the consumer lending industry; or an equivalent combination thereof
