Description: |
| Licensed Clinical Social Worker position open in our Mental Health Department. Activities to include group and individual training in the areas of community skill development and enhancement, communication, interpersonal skills, complete diagnostic evaluations and specialized assessments, employment related skills, peer support, psychoeducation, psychotherapy, recovery education and illness and wellness management. This individual will also provide programmatic clinical supervision to staff. |
Qualifications: |
| Master’s Degree in social work, licensed as an independent clinical Social Worker in Minnesota, Master’s experience of 4000 hours working in a mental health setting, supervisory and program development experience, flexibility in scheduling, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to operate computer equipment, billable under Medical Assistance guidelines, knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, regulations, program and services as they relate to the provision of services to the mentally ill. Working knowledge of the system of services needed to address the needs of people with mental illness and substance abuse issues. |
