The shift for this part-time position is: Friday 1600 - midnight; Sat noon to midnight and Sun noon - 9 PM.

The Operations Support position will provide you with great opportunities to make an immediate impact on our business through your achievements. We are looking for individuals who exhibit a strong personal commitment to teamwork and have demonstrated the ability to communicate and influence others.
Specifically, this position will be responsible for:
*Dispatching and tracking drivers and ensuring they have necessary information to be safe and deliver loads successfully.
* Responding to Driver messages, problem solving and providing necessary information to enable Driver to service the customer in a timely manner.
* Communicating effectively with Customers and relaying customer requirements and expectations to the Driver. Monitoring the execution of customers’ loads.
* Communicating critical information and issues to appropriate daytime employees.

Qualifications: |
Requirements and Core Competencies
* Some college education preferred or equivalent experience, transportation management training preferred.
* Knowledge of the transportation industry and DOT safety requirements for Drivers and carriers preferred.
* Strong PC, phone & organization skills.
* Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
* Fluency in English.
