| At Home Solutions by Saint Therese is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to work directly with seniors in their homes in the 7 county metro area. Flexibility in scheduling is preferred. Open shifts may fall on any day of the week and range from 2 to 24 hours a day. |
Duties: |
| CNA tasks include, but are not limited to: light to heavy cleaning, meal preparation, medication reminders or administration, incidental transportation and errands, companionship, simple organization and miscellaneous chores in and outside the home. In addition, CNA’s may be assisting in or providing personal cares for clients such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, transferring/ambulation, feeding and other tasks that are medical or hygienic in nature. |
Qualifications: |
Qualifications:
•Possess a current nursing assistant certification and be listed on the MN registry
•Valid driver’s license, car and auto insurance
•Have a clean driving record for the past 3 years
•Have a clean criminal background and be able to pass a criminal background study
•Recognize our drug free work environment and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Requirements:
•Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
•Demonstrate good documentation skills
•Ability to follow client’s plan of care
•Be able to complete Orientation and all required training, including bi-monthly mandatory staff meetings
•Adherence to the policies and standards set forth by the company and the MN Department of Health
•Ability to work independently and be self-motivated and directed
•Demonstrate good organizational and time management skills
•Ability to work cooperatively with others and be a team player
•Experience working with seniors or adults with disabilities, especially in a home setting, is preferred
