Description: | Description of Duties
• Prospect for potential borrowers and for referral sources to function as centers of influence..
• Take application from borrower, collecting all pertinent information (bank statements, W-2's etc.) and entering the application into appropriate LOS. Run application through appropriate AUS and fulfill all upfront disclosure requirements.
• Review and counsel borrower on product selection.
• Review and counsel borrower on all facets of interest rate opportunities.
• Maintain contact with borrower throughout process.
• Work with banking location on cross sell opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
• 5 years of Mortgage Origination Experience (Loan Officer or Mortgage Bankers preferred) FHA/VA Conventional required.
• Current Book of business
• Current referral partners
• NMLS license or transfer from current employer
• Self- starter and ability to work in a face paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent
