| The contracts team makes a huge positive impact on our business. As a senior contracts manager you will have responsibility for making initial contact with potential customers (biopharma firms), qualifying their interest, scoping the customers needs, negotiating contract terms, and securing contracts. After contract signing, you will continue to liaise with customers to ensure their requirements are being met and that the timing of project plans and clinical trials are on schedule. |
Qualifications: |
| Biological science or bioprocess engineering degree; minimum 5-10 years experience with a cGMP cell culture-based CMO in a contracts role; PhD, MBA and process development experience would be a bonus; demonstrated initiative, communication skills, and project management capabilities. Salary and bonus will be commensurate with experience and market rates. The company offers an excellent work environment with 13 days statutory vacation, minimum 3 weeks paid vacation, flex-time and incentives. |
