The Home Health Aide provides personal care to residents in a safe and efficient manner under the supervision and direction of an RN. |
Duties: |
| Major job functions include: assisting with providing acitivites of daily living to residents including personal cares of bathing, skin care, hair care, nail care, dressing, oral hygiene, shaving and grooming. Transfers residents as needed, assists with toileting. Answers all call lights. |
Qualifications: |
| Must have completed a state approved Nursing Assistant course and have current State of Minnesota certification/registration to practice. Must be responsbile to meet the needs of our residents in a safe and caring manner. Follows established policies and procedures and uphold the Resident Bill of Rights. Must be able to organize time and prioritize resident care needs. Exercises confidentiality to ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.
This position works 2 shifts/pay period, 3p-11p, every other weekend only. |
